Ley is a hard hard teacher, and comes across rude. but if you sit at the front of the class and tell him "i can't hear you please speak up" he will see your sitting at the front and teach to you! Tests are easy just study his notes, make sure that you organize them tho! he is a good guy if you bug him in a friendly way! take him hes good.

I had him for 2 1/2 weeks, and I'm very thankful I switched classes. He is very difficult to understand, and he is not helpful at all. The tests he gave out were very unorganized, I didn't know what type of equations or questions I was dealing with. Avoid taking his class at all costs!
