Comment:

She is the easiest and nicest MG professor. Her grading system seems a little weird at first but if you do max challenge all you have to do are 3 easy homeworks, a leading paper on a leader and that's it. The easiest A I've ever taken- definitely recommend.

Took Prof. Mainiero for MG240 & MG330. She is a great lady, easy going, and a great class to take. For any class she teachers, you can choose between maximum and minimum effort - each requires more or less work, but with grade cutoffs for each. Its awesome. Great to take if have other tough classes. Couldn't have been a better situation as a senior

But the class is super easy and I chose the easy route in the class and did very little work and ended up with a B+. But she is a great professor you will learn a lot and is extremely approachable. Prof. Mainero is a wonderful teacher. She divides the class into min challenge and max challenege. Max challenge is a good amount of work but it is quantity over quality. She is the best teacher I have ever had. Trust me. Take her. She is the most compassionate faculty member I have met.

Mainiero is a great professor. She is not necessarily easy just gives you the freedom to choose your level of work (Minimum = B range maximum=A range). Max is a good deal of work. She is so clear and so helpful. one of the kindest profs I've taken and will really help you plan your career

the online format for her grad classes is HORRIBLE! It is a discussion on Eidos, but you can't read it chronologically She spends almost no time or effort, just posts essay questions, and then you sit there writing for 3 hours... then you barely have time to go back and read a few others' responses. very non-interactive!

Nicest woman ever! One of the best professors I've ever had at Fairfield. She truly understands what students go through and will help you with anything. The assignments are fair and really reinforce the material she goes over. Awesome. Take her to learn a lot and get a good grade.

Great teacher, very helpful. People often take her class because they hear it is easy. Don't be fooled, you still have to study, but the class is much more fair than others at Fairfield.
