She can seem friendly but can suddenly respond almost aggressively to another question of the same nature later on, you don't know what to expect from her. Out of every professor I have had she respects students the least. Her personality makes it difficult for students to feel free to ask questions which makes the lab very stressful for many.

Sometimes she acts like shes really nice and then she'll be really mean. Definitely walk on egg shells around her. She marks really hard and its impossible to know exactly what she wants. You can work your butt off and still barely pass her class, if its not a requirement stay away.

Lisa can be an intimidating person but she's an exceptional prof. It seems she treats her students in accordance with how much effort they put in. Her course was extremely well planned out and organized, instructions and expectations were crystal clear. Do your best and you'll get the good mark you've earned. Always offers help if you do your part.

Can be quite intimidating sometimes, but is a good prof. Be prepared and respectful and don't talk during lecture and you'll have no problem. Put in the work required for the assignments and always be prepared for lab and you'll pass the course. If you need help, she will provide, also offers consult and office hours for extra help.

Doesn't put in half the effort that she expects from her students. She runs hot and cold which makes her incredibly unpredictable. All term I couldn't decide if I liked her or not... And once she hates a person, it is all over for them! Marks very hard which wouldn't be bad if she actually gave any effort herself.

Great, well prepared class and lab. If only every lab could be as well prepared. Can seem a bit intimidating at first but in the end I liked the lab. Make sure you are prepared for lab though as there is no mercy on slack people who are not prepared.

Lisa can seem to some people to be a nightmare, but in reality she is not. Any talk of favoritism is nothing but a lie. The people who accuse her of playing favorites are the lazy ones. The grading scheme was not one that I liked, but the course is overall an awesome learning experience.

I have no problems with Lisa at all. She has been nothing but the best. Performing labs are easy if you know what you're doing. Dont come to the lab (or lecture) unprepared and you'll be fine!

Love Lisa with all my great. Best teacher ever. If you don't like her, that's your problem, because she's too nice to be hated. If she hates you...well then..she probably has a good reason, and even if she doesn't...SHE gives YOU the grade so suck it up and deal with it.

Her class structure is all over the place. The grading scheme is broken down into 200 marks! It is a second year course made into a 4th year course. Not worth the work-effort. If you are dedicated to her course alone, then you will get a good grade no problem. She has mood swings and power trips.

Give the lady a break... she deals with a lot of whiny students who think everything should be a breeze and done for them! I think Lisa was a great proff and was always willing to help those who deserved it!! She is good at decerning who really wants to apply themselves, and who is just there because they have to be!

Lisa is awesome, the course isn't hard and she is completly willing to help. As long as you don't go into the lab unprepared you will be fine. She does have her moods but even so she isn't hard to get along with then unless you don't listen to her.

I think Lisa's a really great professor. I've personally never had a problem with her. In class she definitely knows what she's talking about, and her notes are really helpful. In the lab she's both easy to get along with and knowledgable. I've heard bad stories, but my experience has been good.
