OK, I LOVE LOIS AND LOIS LOVES HER STUDENTS. But her sweetness will deceive you- she is a really hard grader. Her class is a tad chaotic but its an adventure. She is easily the sweetest and most caring professor I have ever had. I would totally recommend taking a class with her. Also- she is super lenient about due dates and revisions.

Professor Einhorn is one of my favorite professors at this school. She is absolutely amazing and cares so much about her students. If you go speak to her she will undoubtably give you good feedback and tell you what you need to do well. Basically as long as you participate in class and put effort into the papers you should be fine.

Einhorn was one of the more iffy professors Ive had. Her grading criteria is very subjective and unclear. At times, it feels like she just makes it up as she goes along. She's a nice woman, but her class was boring and I don't think I took anything out of it. It can be difficult listening to her lecture for a whole class period. Would not reccomend

I took Rhet 350 and 450 with her, she is adorable and knowledgable. She wants more narrative papers than she does expository, so if your good at writing from a first person perspective you'll do great in her class. She really does try hard to make it a fun class, but unfortunately many students take advantage of her kindness.

Just avoid her. I took her last semester and it was painful. She is narrow minded and at times bigoted. The grading is subjective (at best) and I truly believe she did not understand the vocabulary I was using. I aced the class but it was not worth it. To get an A I had to be politically correct and suppress my opinions, very narrow-minded person.

She's amazing. she makes you think about isms, your role as an advocate and a citizen. She's one of those "must haves, will teach you life lessons, and useful skills, interesting" teachers. Lots of discussion and active participation. Assignments are easy and fun.

Unfortunately, I think people reviewing Einhorn are confusing "niceness" with being a good teacher. Just because she comes to class with a smile on her face doesn't mean she is an intelligent person. Her class is pointless and she has a very narrow view when it comes to other people's opinions. Expect a bad grade if you don't suck up to her

By far the worst and most ignorant teacher at Bingo. Her class offers nothing, she accepts no opinions but her own, and she'll waste your life by doing her interpretive dancing. Extremely vague when giving out assignments, will take literally months to hand back papers. AVOID THIS WOMAN LIKE THE PLAGUE!

what is up with this emotional poison spewing here? i liked the class. as always, it is up to us, the students to make the most out of it. read the books the teacher recommends! i find it funny and sad that some classmates expect teachers to feed info to them. lois is twice published (two hardcovers)..so she's doing pretty well..NVC is fascinating

Einhorn is a brilliant academic with a compassionate soul (something lacking in traditional academia). She really cares about her students and shares her wisdom happily. She teaches the art of connection and encourages loving and nurturing as well as knowledge aquisition in her classroom (understanding that all are of equal importance.
