VERY HORRIBLE, I asked her a question and she was very rude in her response. Very unprofessional, doesn't care if her students understand the concepts. Not clear in her assignments at all. Please AVOID this professor at all cost. She is very useless, her classes our very useless as well. Dont even bother asking her any questions, not a good at all.

The most useless class I had ever taken! I couldn't even understand a word because of her super thick accent. Some lectures were useful because of the knowledgeable lecturers, but don't attend the sessions that she is teaching. She was the worst prof I've ever seen in, whether her knowledge, her tedious and mean personality, clarity,..!AVOID HER!!

Loretta has terrible voice, communicate extremely ineffectively, and delivers irrelevant questions on every exam. The final exam was terrible as the formula sheet is entirely useless, 20% of the question on the final is irrelevant to engineering, and also some stuffs that she promised to be not on the final. Abandon all hopes if you are with her.

Out of touch. AVOID 405 if you can because its poorly-packaged vocational training that may, or may not be relevant. Basically you pay for a reading list from Dr. Li and a brief evaluation on what you've read. If you HAVE to take this course, at least pretend you're interested and she'll respect that.

The Worst professor ever!! I learned a lot in the structure(CIVL 230) and fluid (CIVL 215), and I felt kind of nice studying this in university, and then I come to her class...sigh, wth?? Everything she taught is directly in the textbook. It is a complete waste of time going to her class. She is the kind of professor who is just SIMPLY TERRIBLE.
