I never thought I would survive Finance, and probably wouldn't without Lorne Schnell teaching it. He is far from an "easy" prof, but damn, can he teach. Example: another prof filled in for him once; Lorne had to re-teach us the class when he got back because we just didn't get what this other guy was saying. Enthusiastic about what he teaches.

OMG the BEST Prof I EVER had!! Sooo helpful, i wish he taught more subjects b/c i'd be in that class FOR SURE!!! Lorne you are the best!!!! And his teaching is very sexy!!! ;-)

Lorne is highly recommended for finance. Does many examples in class, marks fairly and shares really great stories and advice about stocks/bonds. Final was a bit tricky, but midterms were not difficult. Just do the study problems and you'll do well in this class.

Nice guy but I felt the whole time like he was trying to sell me stock in his company. Seems as though he used class to try and sell stock, I thought it was really cheap, he could have been more professional.

GREAT instructor. He makes the course very easy by just building on the bases. He doesn't use all the extra formulas in the book. You need to know 6, not 12. AWESOME!!!
