Awful. Nice person, horrible professor. Learned nothing. Class was stained with disorganization and useless extra confusing information. Lectures have no direction and there is an apparent lack of direct focus on any specific area of the course. Class handouts helped, but still very sporadic and all over the place. Do not take.

Here's a tip: next time you choose a course text, consider using one more RECENT than 1999. Don't DISCOVER that the law is not current and then add 20 LONG cases to the syllabus barely a month before the exam.I know you are smart, so WHY GOD WHY???!!! Honestly...

Where to start??? Stay away if you at all can. She just rants on her own agenda while students have to figure the law out for themselves (I would have been dead without her handouts - that was about the only positive). Very hard marker.
