Really easy class. Unfortunately, she doesn't really prepare or know much. She just read off the powerpoints and gave us assignments created by other professors. I got a 100, but I wish I would've learned more.

Terrible teacher. Expects so much out of students even though it's an introductory class. Out of all the early stage business classes, this is the only one I got a C in and I'm sure its because of the professor. Avoid her at all costs. She does not know the material.

A "C" is "meets expectations" in her grading world. She is very unclear with what she expects out of assignments and is really unprepared. I was looking forward to taking IS3100 and now I wish I had taken it with someone else.

If I had to sum up this professor in one word, it would be "unprepared". She used the power points that came with the book and would often come to class without even looking at them beforehand. She didn't know a lot of the material and would often spend the class trying to figure it out or being taught by the students. I didn't learn a whole lot.

I also took her for IT 3700. Very nice woman who is very helpful in class, and she allows cheat sheets on the tests. There is a fair amount of work in the classes, though, and she does not typically respond to e-mails. Show up to class, pay attention and do the work and you should have no trouble passing her class with at least a B.

I would recommend taking her. She is very helpful if you run into a problem with your project, she will help you out. Tests can be a little tricky and group work isn't really bad. She tells you what you need to know for the test.

Nice nice lady but unorganized and the class is a bit chaotic and hard to keep up with what she's doing and saying most of the time. Assignments aren't hard, do them and study for tests, not a hard class

Not prepared and does not know the material at all. I think everyone in my class would agree. She would stop in the middle of a slide and say "I don't know how to do this...we'll do this next time". WHO does this? Take this class with someone else, PLEASE.
