Really nice guy, but if you don't know Spanish before entering the class you will fall behind. All of the homework is online and simple if you use the book. He helps you with anything. A little hard to understand at times and he repeats himself a lot but its an easy class to pass as long as you do the homework.

Professor Guajardo is a very cool guy. This class was very easy. The exams were simple and the quizzes were easy. Just make sure you watch Destinos because he gave the class pop quizzes based on the espisodes. Overall, fun, class, nice teacher, I would take another class with him.

Senor Guajardo's enthusiasm for the Spanish language and Latin American culture is infectious. He does prompt you speak and listen in Spanish as much as possible; this is the sign of a good language professor! He wants his students to succeed and is always there to help. A very kind, fun person.

Not difficult if you have taken some kind of high school class or something but the class itself is a crash course of elementary Spanish so of course its going to be a struggle. Its two separate classes in one. The obvious destinos and arriba books will be used. Uses online work a lot oral final folder as well. Good guy little progressive though.

Professor Guajardo loves the spanish language. But if you get on his bad side he will single you out and yell at you for stupid things you may not have even done. This did not happen to me but it did happen to other students. He will not let you take home your tests, after he has graded them, to study them. Study hard and you should come out ok.

prefessor Guajardo is a really cool guy he knows what he does. He is well prepared, and you can tell. He gives a lot of work and he wants you to be done with the H.W because the class is based on H.W. The class is perfect for native speakers and if you understand Spanish, this class is right for you..

Ok, heres the thing. I got an A, but that's because I'm a native speaker. The class is hard, the guy is annoying, and there's a lot of work to do. Plus, you will be super bored since all he does is talking about stuff nobody cares. I really really don't recommend this class. If you don't have any choice, take it, but you will be bored to death.

I thought I was gonna pass Spanish 4 with at least a "B". I was struggling to barely keep a "C". He didnt teach very well. He didnt go over the readings often. He had the nerve to come up to me and tell me that I was two faced. This guy needs to check himself and think before he speaks. I kinda dont recommend him one bit.

this was supposed to be a beginners class...BUT you have to understand spanish in order to do well. he startd out in spanish 1st day.some in the class already knew spanish so when you dnt understand he tells you that its a dumb Q and will move on. I passed, but only because i did h.w. and ex credit. dnt take if you dnt already know the language.

This class is not for slackers; a lot of work in-class and a fair amount of homework. Guajardo speaks in Spanish and the class is fast-paced, so have at least a basic understanding of the language beforehand. Lots of in-class interaction, some with confusing instructions. A good class with a good professor but a little advanced for beginners.

This class is cool. I liked the class, and the teacher was really helpful. If you didn't take spanish in high school then you shouldn't take this class. You should at least have a basic understanding of Spanish. I thought the class was fun though and he offers alot of extra credit so take advantage of it, and you can earn over 100% in the class.

Teacher expects that you have a basic understanding of spanish. If you do not you are told to drop his class and find someone else. I have never taken spanish before and really wanted to learn. He never taught you the basics, he just wanted you to know spanish ahead of time. He speaks in spanish most of the time and if you don't know... so what.

He was a fun teacher, I loved his class. I felt at home. I wish he taugh grammar rules a bit more I was confused about that. AT time he got distracted, but was the best class i have ever had.
