Boring...... There are only 3 tests that are hard. 1 extra credit paper can take the place of 1 test, but not the final. She is hard to understand, and goes over the same things over and over again..... She will drop you if you miss more than 2 classes, or if you leave early.

While her periodic outbursts are entertaining, her lectures are VERRRRRY monotonous. Our class was talked at (yes at) the whole time, no real class participation. We did get out 20 mins early each time though. She is semi retiring now.

She is an awesome teacher with tons of life experience. She is only difficult to understand if you don't pay attention. She is somewhat strict, but nice if you treat her with respect. She is very helpful and approachable if you have an intelligent question.

This Prof is extremely difficult to understand (very heavy accent) and is quite strict. Lectures are difficult to follow. She gives a chance for bonus points and believe me unless you can understand her, you'll need them.

This teacher is very arrogant, and hard to understand, her concepts when she teachers are also very unorganized. She strays from topic with a heavy accent making it hard to take notes, and even if you copy word for word, as I have, and re-read your notes, they still make absolutly no scence. dont take her class.

I thought she was a great teacher. I was not intrested in Sociology prior to class, she made it interesting. You MUST take good notes, this is how she tests. Know terms from the book. I took the extra credit assignment which helped me end with an A.

TAKE GOOD NOTES the book is helpful if you dont take good notes but if you do, then dont bother with the book. also she can be a little hard to understand but you get used to it. And she hates when cell phones ring so turn them off Her tests can be somewhat confusing but not bad if you know your stuff

I loved this class! It was one of the most interesting classes at BC! If you're willing to speak up and project your opinions during class discussions, this class will be very interesting! I had a fight with an older student during my presentation about prejudices against minorities (including Arabs) and this guy wouldnt let me finish! It was fun!!

Best instructor I've ever had! Those that are whining that it's all lecture better get used to it because that's what all universities are like! She's brilliant, and helpful, and I coudn't ask for a better teacher.
