Best professor I've ever had, he is kind laid back very influential. I will never forget his lessons of racial diversity, everyone that needs to be inspired to do something for their community with your classmates shroud take this class. At the end we became like family.

This professor is highly educated. He is in the process of writing a book. You will learn a lot about Latin America, and the Latino culture in the U.S. I never heard him saying anything bad about America. People should be open minded about other cultures.

I've only been in Restrepo's class for a week so far, so I can't really rate him, but I do want to say that perhaps he's not making negative comments about the US, so much as true comments that people really need to hear.
