I took CS 110,250 and 251 with doctor stauffer. Her classes are challenging but not impossible. Don't expect to be able to get by by doing nothing, her classes are hard. In spite of that she is still the best teacher in the department. Her lectures are clear and organized. Only complaint is that she did not teach all my classes.

Went to her office hours once for help with a project and she was right on. She didn't tell me the answer flat out, but asked the right questions. Lecture style great. I agree with the hw/tests/projs demanding liek others say though. Does anyone else feel a little embarrased to think she is hot?

She is a great teacher. She practically gives you the material on a silver platter. Her presentation is very linear, even with very difficult material. Her tests are challenging but fair. If you need help, she is very accessible and willing to work with you. She's starts on time so don't be late.

F'98. CS isn't easy for me, but she made more sense than anyone. She's very helpful, friendly & enthusiastic, even interesting (I hated CS). The assignments were hard & so were the tests, but if you understand the material at all you'll get a good grade.
