Comment:

Some people love lynne to the nth degree, some hate her beyond all reason. She gives out intense amounts of work to the point where you have to make your schedule easier around her class. She likes to think all her classes are graduate classes, which is very difficult. Thinks she is the only teacher you have. But is very knowledgeable and sweet.

This was the IFA class. It was very difficult but extremely interesting. She became very frustrated and yelled at us at once point, but everyone respected her more for it. I think she's an excellent teacher.

Lynne is the BEST teacher EVER at UVM. She is the one and only professor I miss, having left UVM now. Totally worth all the effort. Class is fun, a lot of reading and writing...but welcome to Liberal Arts.

I absolutely love Lynne. Her classes, if you don't keep up with her work, can be overwhelming. But, she's extremely knowledgeable in her field, and if you go and talk to her personally, she's so nice and understanding. When I took 050 with her I hated it, but Lynne's easily become my favorite teacher. Just give her a chance!

This woman is actually very passionate about her subject which is, under most circumstances, a good thing. However, the amount of homework you are given in this class outweighs any fun you may have during the class itself. This woman made me re-think my minor.

Lynne is an AMAZING teacher, with a great attitude. She is strict, and doesn't take any crap, but she is fair, and really knows her stuff! I learned so much from her, and although the class was DEF NOT easy, it was one of the best I've taken.
