Professor Koch was a kind woman, but she could talk forever. Most of the time we spent in class was her talking. Despite that fact I felt like the class was semi useful. If you have her as a professor make sure you show up to class everyday, she doesn't like absences.

she's very nice but you're going to have to work in her class. try to make a good first impression on her or have an opinion on some political issue and she'll remember you for it (in a good way.) always follow every little rule she gives you while writing her papers, she'll lower your grade for stupid things sometimes.

Shes very nice but VERY set in her ways. You better learn how to write a paper her way or you will not do well. She also plays favorites like its her job.. make a good first impression or you're screwed... also, try and figure out which topics interest her... those who do clearly are graded higher... slighly unfair.

Very nice lady! Extremely helpful in class, takes the time to work with individuals on writing. Sometimes she can be a difficult grader and may give weird quizzes on readings but she is overall effective. 15 Page paper on topic of choice at end of semester. Gives plenty of in-class time to work on it. Good Professor.

This woman is crazy. The first day of class she told us we'd never get A's then the second she brought us cookies and handed me back an essay with an A. If you attend class, and write how SHE WANTS U TO, your good. If not ur in trouble.

if you don't write exactly the way she wants you to, you're not going to do well. she's really annoying about some things. if your chair isn't turned exactly how she wants it facing her she freaks out. she has good intentions but she really needs to chill out.

Very sweet and caring lady. She really wants her students to do good and will meet with you outside of class whenever you need to. She is very particular with the formatting and word usage in your papers. She has definitely taught me a lot about writing - I highly recommend her. She knows her stuff.
