He was the best that I had at Delta. The college lost a jewel. I made it to graduate school at UNC in IR because he mentored me at Delta. I knew he was not right for Delta. He was way above Delta's intellectual level level. Wish you well Professor whereever you are and whatever you are doing.

Everyone complains about his accent, but I grew used to it after a short time and didn't have trouble understanding him. Not too much work--a fairly easy class.

He is goofy and very nice and most of the exam questions are the EXACT ones from the quizes, but he has an accent and doesn't tell you which chapter you will be discussing the next class period, but expects you to know what is covered. His notes don't really relate to the chapter, and he won't tell you which day there will be a quiz.

He gives you everything in the notes. His tests come from quizzes and he adds 3 essays that he let's you see before the test. It is a 225 level class, and if you treat it like that you should be able to do fine. Oh yeah, if u think u have the correct answer be sure to let him know. He will usually correct your grade if it is.

His accent does make it a little hard to understand sometimes, but he's willing to repeat himself if necessary. His quizzes are fairly easy if you can get past his grammatical errors (he doesn't like proofreading). He knows what he's talking about and can relate issues to local government. A lot of articles are used outside of the text.

Dr. C is a good guy with only the best intentions; however, his accent does take some getting used to. His quizzes are not always objective, but once you understand how he thinks, you will do fine. He doesn't like to lecture; it makes him happy when people talk and class goes a lot easier. Give him some time and you will learn to really like him.

I think, this person before need to work on thier english. Just look at the sentence structure of this person. Yes Mr. C does not baby sit. He knows what he is teaching and teaches well. If you were so tired of his english, why did you stay in his class. I have no problem with his accent. I will recommend him only to those who are at Delta to learn
