Very easy online class. There is some busy work to do but none of it is hard at all. I spent maybe an hour a week, outside of the mandatory online chat/lecture, on this class and got a solid A. Get a good group in the beginning, a big chunk of your grade comes from group work. Plus you can work together on hw/quizzes.

Dr. Newlin is a great teacher. He took course work that would have been overwhelming and near impossible to understand on one's own and made it congruitous and simple enough to earn an A in the class. Attend his lectures (take notes in them for the final), and homework chats and you're set. Open book/open note final.

Dr. Newlin is a great teacher. He's pretty goofy so it keeps things entertaining. He lets you resubmit your assignments and tells you exactly what you did wrong so you can learn from your mistakes. I'm taking him again in the fall.

Dr Newlin is probably the best teacher I've had at UCF. He is fair, friendly, funny and helpful. The class is not to hard but it is a serious class. He lets you resubmit anything you don't get a perfect grade on. If you have the time and work hard, you will definately get an A.

I, like many others, was nervous about this class, but it really was great. I found that I learned a lot and didn't really have to stress over anything. If you go to the chats every week, it is easy to understand the work and get a good grade.
