Wow. Just plain wow. Mafale has very vague assignments. Grades at a extremely harsh level. He will bash your work even though you have no idea what kind of assignment your supposed to turn in. Kept up with the news though... take someone else if you can.

Great professor. Grades harshly, but after the first paper you know what to expect. Laid back class. He loves to read you the business news and make you read it too. I definitely became a more confident business writer as a result of this class. I got an A, but had to work for it (not impossible though). FUN CLASS!

This class is suppose to prepare you for business cornerstone and the real business world and Mr. Mafale really does that. He is a bit intimidating at first but he means well and truly wants everyone to learn. Many small assignments but they make up a major portion of the final presentation which is actually very fun and interesting.

Lol. Mafale at first, he makes you want to drop the class b/c some of the harsh things he says...however toward the end of the semester you just tend to laugh at him & become used to it. One thing he would give you an assignment, then forgot he assigned it. Sometimes all over the place, but it's not as horrible as it seems in the beginning

REALLY vague directions. You'll walk into class being told you'll fail the first exam (which he never gave). You won't learn anything you don't already know. And you'll spent the first month on one memo. The overall work load is pretty light, but he grades pretty harsh.

He was REALLY vague on all the assignments. Mafale was lenient on late assignments, and I'm not quite sure where he stood on attendance. I, myself, never used the book because all the formats could be googled. The bottom line is: TRY TO AVOID. I did not learn anything in his class.

This guy was the WORST professor I have ever had in my life, he does not explain anything and will not hesistate to give you a very low grade you even if you do the assignment and turn it in on time. He is so vague when giving out assignments and never goes over them. Do not take this class, it is alot of work.

I actually learned a lot from this class. He's not a bad teacher at all. He is very helpful and understandable. Gives you about two weeks to write a paper. Topics are based on what he feels like talking about that day (not hard at all).

Stay away! This class should have been an easy A. If you take him, consider what grade you could possibly get and then take one whole letter grade away because that is probably what is going to happen. This was a waste of my time and I can't believe I didn't drop it when he completely frayed away from the syllabus.

WOW. Anthony Mafale is an idot with a huge EGO. He is nothing to look at or listen to. His class was very unlcear and lacked substance. The class spent a month on one memo. His assignments are lame and pointless. I pray for you if you take his class. Mafale IS A LOSER and HE NEEDS TO QUIT TEACHING PART-TIME AT TOWSON UNIVERSITY

We didn't do any relevant work in this class at all. We spend one month revising ONE memo! VERYYY hard grader even when you think you did a good job dont expect a good grade back. Had one test the whole semester that wasn't related to anything we had learned. Intentionally puts you in groups with people you wont get along with. DONT TAKE HIM!!
