By far my favorite teacher Ive ever had. He makes sure you understand everything he teaches and is great at explaining things you have trouble with. Very funny and creates connection with students. He will give questions from the textbook for homework and puts his examples in class on the tests. 100% recommend you take his class.

Great prof im currently in Calc now and miss the guy. Super Clear when teaching goes step by step and you really understand it. He's funny and helpful. Only graded us by tests and final. 60% 3 tests and 40% Final don't let this scare you from taking him he's a GEM of a prof. Took the class in hs and did terrible and got a B+ in the course w him

Prof Pournazari was such a great professor. An easy course if you paid attention in high school Algebra. He only goes over similar questions he'll put on exams, which include hw q's. If you do his hw, which isn't mandatory for his class, but recommended, you should do fine. He was also funny and sarcastic. This made his class more enjoyable.

Excellent Professor for stats. He teaches the bare minimum, which means he will only do examples of what is on the exam. He gives a decent amount of homework and will answer all questions. There were times when students asked elementary grade math questions, but he had patience and repeated himself multiple times. Do all the homework, volunteer 7x.

Math was always my absolute worst subject, but he made the class fly by for me. He explains everything at a slow pace and makes sure everyone understands before moving on. He summarizes everything in the simplest possible way, and by the end of a class we have already finished a chapter. Hilarious professor, I WISH I could take him again!

I'm going for nursing and was never good at math. I took him for stat and OMG he's INCREDIBLE!!! he made everything super easy to understand and broke it down into steps. Every day there is homework (ungraded, but if u do it u'll do great on tests) and if u go up to the board 7 times to put a problem on the board he bumps u up a letter grade!

He's a great professor, the material is pretty hard but effort goes a long way with him. He gives opportunity to succeed by extra credit and reviews before tests. He only grades you on tests and extra credit so its important you do good on tests.

Take this professor for statistics! He is a wonderful professor! He explains things very clearly and makes sure that everyone in the class understands. He gives a total of three exams. The first one is very easy. The final exam is cumulative but he spends several days reviewing for it. Make sure you show up for the reviews! Definitely recommend.

I don't understand why people thought this professor was amazing. I found him extremely rude. He made rude comments to students and I was scared to ask questions because when I did, he gave me a look like he was judging me. He wasn't the worst professor I had, but he wasn't the best either. I wouldn't take this professor again!

Good teacher but very strict. He gives a homework assignment at the end of every class and it's always due by the next session. He prepares you for exams and tells you what to study. Work hard, do the hw, study, prepare yourself well and you will be okay! Exams and and attendance are the only thing were graded on.

Prof. Pournazari is the best Math professor Ive ever had. If you dont pass his class, then you're in trouble. Its an easy A. The tests are short and theyre Homework/Class problems, and he goes over every single one of them. Homework is everyday but its only a few problems, and the notes from class help you solve them. I HIGHLY recommend Prof.P

Very humor able and nice. Makes trigonometry seem like Elementary Math which made the class and easy C if you tried.
