Comment:

Definitely one of the worst profs I've ever had. He makes not-so-hard concepts look so-very-hard. Not great at teaching. Got a decent mark in the class, only because he decided to make a 100% final, and I studied my ass off for it. His notes, while not that bad, probably would take a while to finally understand. Best avoid this guy if you can.

By god this was the hardest class I've ever taken. He goes through the SIMPLEST stuff in class then goes and throws the HARDEST questions at you on assignments and tests. The assignments and tests are designed so that you don't get part marks. Good luck if you get this guy.

Goes through the notes too fast, plus decided to dedicate the first 40 min of one class just to bash the midterms. Also have beef with assignment and test questions being much more difficult than the ones done in class. the difficulty difference between examples and assigned/tested, should not be THAT big. I hope he does not have tenure...

This man will go fast in class and you will not be able to catch up with him when he's writing proofs so try to stay on top of things. Don't really waste your time studying the assignments for the final. Study the notes and understand! The exam is all about understanding the notes, he'll put the oddest things on the exam you wouln't expect to see.
