I have him for two classes this year and he is easily the best Anthro prof I have ever had, and not to mention a great human being. He goes to great lengths to help you understand the material and critically reflect upon its impact. It's an absolute shame he is retiring after this year because his students and the faculty will truly miss him!!

Likely the best professor York has ever witnessed. I am blessed to have met him, both as a prof and as a person, because people like him do not come around often. He is extremely knowledgeable in Anthropology, and is willing to break his back to help you understand the text - perhaps literally. If you wish to succeed, take Blincow, the Honourable.

HE IS AMAZING! he is such a great person, so caring and kind. He is always there if u need help from him! he is understanding and realizes that u have other classes than just his. I would highly recommend this prof. I got an A in his class and i put in moderate effort. Take it, it'll help ur average guys! We need more caring profs like him!

Best professor I had ever had. He is so kind, clear, and interesting. He is smart and his lectures are enjoyable. He lets you hand in papers weeks later, just approach him and talk about your situation and he's very understanding about it. He's very flexible and he's always smiling. No one ever got lower than a 'B' on essays!
