Mrs. Buerman was a great teacher. I had to retake the class and have always done poorly in math classes. I don't like to go see professors but she was so nice and helpful. If you get to know her and throw her a bone in class and respond you whould be ok if not great!

Take her!!! Although she is out there she can teach, her laugh cracks me up. I always get c's in math, I got an A in this class. There are three teachers that teach this class: Buerman, Benson, and Malm for this class. Take Buerman!!!!

I actually took this class twice with Buerman. The first time, I couldn't stand her and thought she was an awful teacher. The second time I took it, I realized she is extremely helpful and the reason people don't pass (including me) is because they don't do their own work or put time into it. She gets confused but is so helpful shes worth taking

DON'T take her, but if you have to choose between Benson and her,I suggest Buerman! BENSON is the worst! I should know I've taken both teachers for the same class. This class is that hard, at least when you have morons for teachers.I'm retaking it right now with 5 other students that are also retaking it!Try to avoid taking either of them!

The fact that one of our projects (tesselation) was graded by her grandchildren put me off--she admitted this too!The class as a whole found about 35% mistakes on tests SHE MADE! Another professor of mine told me she's a bad teacher, AND recommended I write a culture equality card about her.
