Everyone says the class is an easy A. I guess I just suck at writing because even though I got an A, she still graded hard to me. Only 5 papers which are pretty easy and class rarely meets or is longer than 10 minutes. poor teacher but easy class pretty much sums it up I guess... too bad shes leaving for UTSA full time though

She's great, really nice and helpful, alot of discussion, and quite a bit of practice w/ citation and stuff if you need it. Not a tough grader, let's you be creative w/ your work. I actually learned a lot.

This is a great class to take for your Writing Workshop...only 5 essays are done throughout the semester, most of them are 4-6 pages except for one that is 6-8 pages. Apart from that, most of the classes are really relaxing, enjoyable, or sometimes cancelled. If you want a "chill" writing workshop, take Newcomb.
