Nice teacher, but class is a snooze. Pretty easy, a lot of busy work. Have to "learn" to type correctly. Picky grader. Waste of time of a class if you ask me.

Mrs. Manninen is very nice, but a little ditzy. For File Management you'll need to read the text book and the directions thoroughly, because it can get confusing. Just do your work ahead of time, don't rush, and you'll be fine.

If you don't know ANYTHING about Microsoft Excel, I suggest you choose a different teacher. She's a nice lady, but she didn't give me the feeling that she knew what she was doing. I take that back, she knew how to make everything look nice but nothing about formulas.

Had Maria for many classes. LOVE her! If I wouldn't have taken her class first, I would have quit Delta. The other instructor that I had at the same time (SK) made me want to quit Delta. She is so understanding & helpful! She really builds up your self confidence too! I learned a lot from her. Thank you Maria!

Mrs. Manninen is wonderful and sweet. Learning keyboarding could be boring but she makes you laugh and keeps you challenging yourself. I recommend her class to anyone wanting to give proper keyboarding a shot. DONT CHEAT THROUGH IT, IT DOES NOT PAY OFF IN THE LONG RUN!

She's an alright instructor but everytime I came to class I could not wait to get out. Typing classes are boring anyway. I hated the ten keypad we did everyday. Her as a person, she's cool but the class was very boring and time goes by so slowwwwwww.

This is the most annoying teacher I've ever had! She spends too much time if we do our typing drills for 30 minutes. This was supposed to be a document processing class...it was more like a keyboarding class. I dreaded going to her class.
