Better hope your life has no sudden changes. Her course requires extra work outside of class studying and practicing the material from day one, on average 30 minutes a day. She's a very knowledgeable prof and I would take her class again due to this alone as her lectures are participating heavy and she moves at her pace not the class.

I hadn't taken a French course for over 5 years before enrolling. Got left in the dust sometimes; she tends to tailor lectures to the stronger students in the class unless someone speaks up. She tries to only speak French and puts material on her tests that she feels the class is struggling with during lecture. J'ai appris beaucoup dans la classe!

Really good prof overall. I do feel that it's challenging to learn languages in this type of format, and almost feel as though more French could be involved in the classes than there currently is; however, she's nice, funny, and as long as you take her class seriously she's easy to get along with. Approachable and fairly good at explaining things.

She is an excellent instructor. She is a very nice lady, and is knowledgeable and super helpful. I learned so much from her. I do recommend her class to anyone wishing to improve their French.

She really wants her students to learn and love French which is awesome. I learned more from a few months with her then all the years I took it through grade school. She really keeps on top of her students to make sure you are doing well but you can't miss classes or you'll fall behind because she moves very quickly and expects you to keep up.

Super helpful, approachable and makes the classes really fun. If you do the home work she assigns, and go to class you will do fine. Learning a language is something that takes constant practice outside of the class room, so find a class mate to practice with.

A very nice, and strong spirited woman. However Marie-Christine will assign too much homework and then get annoyed when its clear the class didnt work on all of it. Her English skills can also reduce her clarity, at times she will draw a blank and ask the class how to say simple things in English. Perhaps she could use a lesson from B. Igwe
