Ms. Giblin is a very nice teacher, she is just very boring. If you can sit through her class, and you put some thought into her papers you will get an A. She has a couple papers and tests, nothing unmanageable. She will help if you ask and she is very approachable.

Random lecture notes. Boring. Hard to follow along with the lectures. She was a very friendly Prof though and seemed to be a fairly easy grader. Discriminated against some, so get on her good side early.

This class was seriously put me to sleep. It was so boring. Giblin does not teach well at all. She tends to go off topic. Her tests are ridiculously hard and the material is hard to understand.

Does not seem that accepting of other NON Christian religions, but then I don't really know, we only talked about Islam and the rest was Christian based. Though I think she means well. She's nice, but her grading is off....I had mostly A's, but got a B. Vey boring.

Okay this by far was the worst class that i had my freshman year, it wasn't that it was hard it was jus soooooo boring and long, she really likes to here herself talk and laughs at her own jokes all the time, my advice, if u want an easy A and u think u can be bored out of your mind, take it...if not don't

Sucks at teaching. Likes to do all the talking. Tends to discriminate agaist certain students. I would never take her again. I kept track of all my grades and it seemed I would get a solid be but turned out she didn't like me... so I got a C. Bull****!

Her class was relatively easy. Class discussions were boring, but the information learned was interesting. She was a kind lady and her study guides really helped to make an A on the tests. We were expected to respond to blackboard questions once a week and there were many extra credit opportunities.

I don't know why people would say she's biased-- she is VERY open to all faiths and ideals. She is still one of my favorite professors at XU. The classes are interesting, and she uses a lot of class discussion.
