Very energetic prof that expects lots of class participation. Always presents both sides to an argument and accepts all opinions. Only 5 essays in the semester of which 3 were in class. She is a fairly hard marker but you will learn a lot about grammar and sentence structure.

OK teacher. Expects ALOT from a student, and marks hard... Very hard. Know the stories and read the Harbrace handbook to know the stuff in it. Very defined expressions.. kinda queer at times. Expects you to answer her questions, if no one answers she picks someone to answer.

Having a strong background in Greek Mythology, I really enjoyed the class. Only two midterms and final, no assignments. But if you don't already know your stuff prepare to do a heck of a lot of work memorizing names and stories. Really interesting, but really intense.

Wow...Be prepared to memorize a whole lotta names in this class. It's ridiculous. Midterm had 50 blanks with a little blurb about what this person did and you had to remember all the names and what they all did. Very detailed, and somewhat difficult. Otherwise, lectures are fine, organized and semi-interesting. She does try to make it fun.

well this woman definitly loves mythology. its always amazing to see a professor who has such enthusiasm for their subject. know all the names in the back of every chapter, make cue cards ;). she has some weird pronunciations and gets really excited about reading myths, but she is a great prof. highly recommended

Greek Mythology. I was absolutely astounded by the depth of knowledge she had on the subject! And so passionate about it. Absolutely one of the best pros I've had (and this is my last semester, I've had my share of nightmare profs, trust me). Inspired enthusiasm from the students for the subject.
