I had Kidd for a the 'improving spoken french' course at Huron. It was everything I needed as a rusty ex-french immersion student. I had to put in some work, but not an unreasonable amount. I was one of a few who could already speak the language fairly well, but beginners are still able to do well in the class assuming they attended and engaged.

If you lift your hand at least every class, she'll see that you enjoy participating, and get to know you, and once she knows your name and you attend class, she'll help you so much. This is my second year with her, and she's fantastic. And very sympathetic.
