Comment:

I have never had a teacher attack me for my beliefs until I took her. I am a Christian and she would always pick on me and attack me and my beliefs. I always dreaded going to her class. If you don't completely agree with her, she will give you worse grades on your papers. I felt very uncomfortable in her class. I will never take her again.

I enjoyed taking this class, however I thought that too much of our coursework was based off of her opinion, and I did not feel like I improved as a writer after taking this class. It is very important to be organized and diligent in order to succeed, she asks a lot out of her students. Prepare to do multiple drafts &peer reviews of each paper!

She's nice. The mid-term and final exams she like's to make tough. She told my class she was in the mood to make the final exam hard and wanted to include trick questions just to make it hard. And she grades the term paper SO hard. To get an A, it has to be one of the best paper shes ever read. Take someone else if you can!

By far the worst most unorganized teacher I've ever taken. She assigns extremely hard assignments then forgets about them or loses them. She is never there for outside help and if you are lucky enough to get ahold of her she is still no help. Always unclear and unfair in grading policy. Worst grade I've ever received when I did all the work!

LIBERAL. Course work is so hard. Grading is impossible. I went from being an A+ english student, very confident in my writing, to having nearly any confidence at all. She is inconsistent with due dates, and she uses class time to explain when things are due rather than the content matter

Nice person but when she gives an assignment she isn't very clear and most of the time ended up changing her mind. looks more for little details rather than the point of papers. Deadlines changed constantly throughout the semester. After taking this class I'm having trouble writing a paper for any of my classes. Can't see past her own viewpoints.

nice person (i guess) but AWFUL teacher, very unclear about assignments. doesn't reply to emails in a timely manner. doesnt answer questions very clearly. spends all class talking about her cats and her family- no teaching. also puts deadlines on taskstream so turning in late work for partial credit is nearly impossible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Decent teacher. Likes discussions and big on papers. I had her two semesters for two different English classes. First semester she was great. The second time, the grading policy was changed for the entire English department and her grading became too hard. It was like she didn't understand the changes...
