She does assign a lot of work. I had some difficuty knowing what she wanted in the essays. She is very kind, very nice, very positive, knows her stuff well. The class took more time then I had but I managed a "B". We certainly did not all get "A's" like one reviewer indicated. Toughest grammer grader I ever had. I enjoyed the class.

Prof Schulenburg is one of the sweetest ladies you will ever meet. I had her on Saturday mornings with only four in the class. She gave us all A's but we deserved it,she loved us and we loved her.

Decent teacher. Class wasn't very interesting IMO but that's more because of the subject matter itself, not the professor. Tends to let out class 15-20 mins early. She's quite helpful and clear, but seems a bit disorganised sometimes. A strict but fair grader. Making an A on homework can be tough sometimes.

I actually had her in highschool. She's such a great teacher, I would reccomend her to anyone. Just Pay attention, read the books, and do the work and you'll pass for sure.

Dr. Schulenburg is a great teacher, I didnt think I would enjoy the class but I ended up loving the class, she is very helpful and always lets you make corrections to gain x-tra credit, Loved each book almost that was read in class and just read and should do extremely well in her class and the final was 10 questions and an essay from the books.

Dr. Schulenburg is a very intelligent and sophisticated woman. She knows literature inside and out and is more than willing to help you understand the novels, stories, etc... She is a great asset to this colleges otherwise pitiful english department.
