If you are not a marketing major he won't help you. He is willing to meet with you and talk but does not actually help, just says try harder. You watch a million old movies and listen to long power point lectures. His exams are 75 questions of trick questions. I advise finding a different professor.

One of the best professors I have ever had. He is helpful and extremely understanding. Yes, he expects a lot from his students but that only pushes you to be a better student. Quiz almost every single day but if you read the article YOU WILL get 100% on all of them. It just helps your grade in the long run. Tests a hard if you don't read.

this teacher was OK. expect to memorize unclear information and read pages of useless material. and enjoy his 75 question tests on the unclear material. one thing i will say good was how he linked the material to movies that you watch through-out the course.

So-so, he is hard but he knows his stuff and tries to keep things current. Watches TONS of videos!! Takes good notes on them and you'll do fine. You have to put in some effort and his tests are 70-80 multiple choice (gag!) Your choice.

The guy is unprepared and a jerk! Over and over he makes comments along the lines that he does not care because he has tenure (he cannot be fired no matter what). You will memorize useless junk for tests, don't think for a moment that you will apply concepts to something real. Just memorize. Due to Dr. J, I think tenure should be abolished.

Dr.J makes his classes interesting thru diverse materials- makes you think. College is abt thinking & if you study (3-4 hrs per 1 credit) you will do great. I got alot out of his class & 1 assign may lead to an internship--apply yourself & you will benefit. College is abt challenging yourself because the workforce will. Plan to take him again.
