Amazing teacher. It's a very hard topic but he made it enjoyable. Here's some tips. Attend every class, ask questions, and DO THE EXTRA CREDITS. I didn't bother and still ended up with an 'A'. The extra credits add 1 full point to your final grade. His sarcasm was the best and everything was curved. He's one of those teachers that you'll remember.

professor ratkus was probably by far one of my most memorable professors. i had a really tough time in his class and he was so amazing to talk to. this man is one of the most caring people at this university. he may come off as intimidating but he is so easy to talk to if you are struggling he will help you out!

I thought he was awesome. If you didn't get a good grade in this class then you shouldn't be in college. He is on my speed-dial He was so helpful with everything, during finals week or whenever we had any work to do I would call him no matter what time it was. P.S. I also loved his crazy outfits.

Very nice guy! Notes are kind of hard to understand but he is willing to help anyone in need. He's a fair grader, but his quizzes are kind of tough. He drops the lowest grade and gives a lot of extra credit!!!
