Dr. Goldman's grad seminar was excellent. Its challenge (weekly response papers) is also its benefit--I felt extremely inspired and engaged all term, and was well prepared for the end paper. Brilliant in private meetings--helpful and kind. Well spoken in class. A novel every two weeks, which really allowed for close reading. Great, great prof.
