Comment:

She rambles in class. No test. Only projects, which you get entire semester to complete. Easy A. Easy professor to talk to. She has a lot of interesting guest speakers. She really knows a lot about the advertising world. Random in class assignments, occasionally. No textbook. Takes attendance, only for a small part of overall grades.

Dr. Khala is a good professor and she will work with you to pass, but during class time she never talks about what we're learning in class. She just talks about her life and won't get to the powerpoint until the last 15 minutes of the class. She's a great person, but be prepared to teach yourself outside of class.

I took her online summer MKT 351 course and it was a breeze. Very easy and simple grading. Should of made a B, but the research paper was weighted so heavily and graded very easily that I pulled an A. Definitely recommend if you just want to get MKT over with like I wanted to. Very easy course and not too heavy on course work since it is the summer

We did a class project that was not explained very well at the beginning. No one in the class wanted to do it and this was a problem for Kahla. Threatened failing students if they didn't participate. If you work hard and show you have an intention of passing, she will work with you and give the grade you deserve. Go to her office and talk to her

This is by far the worst teacher I have had my whole college career. She is the most unorganized and unprofessional teacher. She is very unclear about what she wants you to do and when asked a question she doesn't give you the answer you're looking for. I strongly recommend avoiding taking this professor as long as you can.

I took her class in the early 80s. I get the comments about projects not being well-explained. But I used that to my advantage. Our group was given a very abstract business idea to market. The opposing team didn't get it - we nailed it. She dropped hints all semester. You just had to pay attention. I work in PR. She's one of my most memorable profs

I have never taken a more frustrating/confusing class. The prof. Is nice and all, but the sense of direction she wants the class to go is everywhere smh. In the most respectful way, she should not be teaching sports promotion/marketing. She is real nice though. I thought this class was gonna be fun. I was wrong.

I have taken every class this lady offers. I just love this woman. She is sweet, helpful and really wants you to suceed. I would HIGHLY recommend taking her if you are a Marketing Major or Minor. She helped me become the Marketer I am today. Get involved in AMA or AD-Hoc and Dr. Kahla will be your best friend.

SHE IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST TEACHER AT SFA!!!! if you talk to her, and ask for help, she will help. If you try, and go to her, you will make an A. i have had her for 3 classes, and i have made an A in every one. she is so much fun to talk to. i wish she taught every marketing class at SFA!

She is a cool teacher, but she rambles a lot. Her class is what YOU make of it. She don't explain assignments , and her syllabus isn't relevant. At the end of the semester she will throw together grades for you, and that's it. So you will not truely earn a grade, or see your progression in one of her classes. I made a B

She was probably the worst teacher I've had at SFA...talked more about her cattle and trucks during class than the actual material. She did not follow the syllabus and did not give guidelines for any of the projects. Plus, she was very strict on grading for the individual and group projects even though she didn't specify what she wanted.

Bad teaching style & irrelevant comments sums it up. Assigns projects without specifying what is wanted and then penalizes for it not being what she wanted. Makes way more stressful then should be and is extremely rude without realizing it. I would not recommend this professor to my enemy.

I will never take her again! She does not explain assignments at all, you are pretty much guessing on how she wants things done.SAVE all of your assignments. She lost some of my grades and luckly I had everything so she gave me my grade back. If not I would have had a zero for those grades.

Very easy teacher. Dont have to go to class, and you can study the day before or the morning of her tests and still get a B. Take her if you want an easy A or B that you wont really have to work for.
