Marlene was a fairly generous marker who tried to get us out of the classroom and into elementary and high schools around the city to observe. I found that many of the activities were very elementary and pointless and the notes were not useful in any way shape or form. Very kind lady who didn't put theory into practice.

Marlene is one of the best professors I've ever had. She is passionate about the subject matter and really cares for her students. If you have a chance to take one of her classes, jump on it!! You will come away from her class with tons of knowledge and teaching resources.
