Comment:

Marni is a mom, an attorney and a prof so give her a break. She repeats herself at times and the class can be boring but it's an easy class to begin with, would you rather she speaks fast and doesn't repeat herself? She's a super nice lady and she's an EASY prof so stop complaining watch out for the TAs though they do take off marks for nothing

Comment:

She's a new mom and full-time lawyer, and it doesn't seem like she has time to teach. She cancelled more classes than I can count, and made otherwise-interesting material very boring. Made me not want to come to class. I found the midterms and exams to be unfair. Seemed like she just wanted to take of points for the sake of it.

This class was extremely boring. The prof kept repeating herself, and not in the way you drive home a point, its like she kept forgetting which points she went over. The amount of material we went through makes up no more than 10 pages of notes, and the required readings were useless and expensive. She is not fit to teach.

completely useless class. She managed to screw the whole class in both the midterm and the final. For the final she told us that it was not cumulative, but most of the questions she was asking were. She is too unorganized to be a teacher, I dont know how she is still working here

super nice, very very clear speaker.the slides were straight from the readings.assignment was super easy and short.midterm very straightforward (multiple choice).knows what she's talking about and can relate material to cases she's working on.Funny too.
