I came to this class hating philosopy at heart...i am not a bad student or anything but my first philosophy class was terrible..But she changed all of that..I just loved her class...N she is very helpful.She will go outta her to help u. i came into her class expecting her to be this great professor because of her ratings but SHE IS NOT! she says the same thing over&over for the whole semester, her tests are all fill in & they tend to be tricky. i would not recommend her & i really wish i had taken someone else! she's nice & all but being nice isn't gonna make my grade better!

She basically maps out everything. It is dumb easy to follow. Plus she opens the floor for participation, and she is so passionate about it, she take one thing and explains it in several ways. Honestly if you failed the class, you would have to be the laziest person up in there. I ain't fail, but i damn sure was lazy! Yeah thats right!

Dr. Bolan is definitley the best philosophy professor in the college. She explains things clearly so you can understand and writes almost everything on the board so its easy to take notes. When you are going over a reading she tells you what is really important to know. The final are essays that she gives you one week before. Hihgly recommended.
