This is a very challenging course, to begin with. If you show that you care and work hard you'll do well. Do the readings, participate in class, go to office hours, and start your paper early. Do the work!!! She's a tough grader but she cares about her students. She wants to see them do well.

I have never had a professor this terrible. I dread going to her class every afternoon. If you have to leave the class to go to the bathroom good luck. She is lecture heavy but when she writes on the board, her handwriting is not the best so it's hard to understand as well. I do not recommend anyone taking this class. Unless you want to struggle.

She's a great professor if you take the class seriously. She has very high standards of what good work is, but as a professor, who doesn't ! If you don't like group projects, participating, or taking notes, I suggest you do not waste your time. Overall, she is very passionate about her job and wants to help the students succeed.

Amy is terrible. I would highly recommend NOT taking any of her classes. Her research class was absolutely dreadful. Not helpful at all. It is so difficult to understand what she says because of her accent. She enjoys making a fool out of her students. There is absolutely NO pleasing her, at all. Harsh grader. PLEASE AVOID.

Hands down the worst teacher I have taken. She is not there for you and is no help what so ever. I have been confused on what she grades me on all semester and when I email her to ask a question, I do not get an answer back. DO NOT TAKE HER.

horrible professor you cant even understand her. how are you supposed to take a class where you cant understand the professor due to her accent. she doesnt explain anything and gives so much work and changes things the last minute. also gives a quiz every class. i do not know how she has a teaching job

This professor's is absolutely horrible! She is extremely unclear, and hard to understand due to her accent. She also does not do much in the way of helping students in need. She also goes on rants about topics which have nothing to do with the class. Also, had to buy a $70 book that was never once used. Overall, do not take her for anything!

She is VERY hard to understand and she is a really hard grader. Group work/presentations are mandatory. She has her funny moments and genuinely cares about her students doing well but she is kind of scary and I personally would avoid again.

She is helpful and will if you need anything. On the downside, a major portion of your grade is group projects. It's a luck of the draw kinda grouping between the class and if you are stuck with a bad group (which i was) it takes a toll on your grade. I did the most work i did out of all 5 of my classes and recieved the wrost grade out of them. B+

Although her research class required a lot of work, I learned more in this class then I did in any other class at Stockton. If you make the effort and come to class she is extremly helpful. Test are very easy if you study the power point. Defintly recommend taking her unless you just want an esay class that you dont have to do anything in.

You teach yourself and have no help, at all. if you ask a question doesnt matter what her answer is " you just go, drop class". hints that fact you spend more than half the time trying to understand her what she is saying. She makes the coarse harder than it should be, there is poor cummunication and she is always right.

worst teacher EVER. speaks horrible English, instructions & assignments unclear, and gets off on making a fool out of her students. if you need to take Research, take Duntley instead. the grammatical errors on the syllabus are a joke, too. the final assignment involves handing in a "flush drive"..
