i had this professor last semester. i did all of the work and asked for help after class. i still ended up with a c- for the semester. i found her lectures to be confusing and condescending. i would not take her class again if i was paid.

Mrs. Sullivan is one of the WORST professors I have had. She does not have an ounce of compassion. Her teaching style is condescending, unsupportive, and frustrating. Most students end up dropping her class since her grading seems to be entirely subjective and her intent seems to be to prove to her students that they are not teacher material. AVOID

Dr. Sullivan is VERY unclear. She quizzes once a week, and although the quizzes are pretty easy her exams are nearly IMPOSSIBLE. She is a very nice lady, and rather funny- but she is all over the place which makes her lectures difficult to follow.

awful teacher! i have her right now for math 143. She quizzes one a week and expects you to know everything in the section from one prior class! which is very difficult. When most of the questions are barley covered in that section. She can be very mean at times, if you can avoid taking her class! She is a very confused lady and can't teach!

This teacher is HORRIBLE. I attened every class did all the extra credit, all the homework, and got c's on my tests/quizzes and still got a C-. Don't take her. Had her for both math 143 and 144 and managed to get similar grades. AVOID... RUN!

Had her for problem solving. Um.. I think she's rude and picks on students that are trying their hardest. She tricks you with a take home mid term and then a ridiculously hard final. The mid term took me at least 20 hours to do (at home)not kidding. The homework takes way too long and sometimes she doesn't even go over it. She did give us food tho!

Don't take her if you don't have time to do homework. 10-15 problems due for homework every class. Go to class prepared because she picks on students, sometimes not very nice things. She doesn't explain things very well, and goes very fast. Several tests and a hard final. Not an easy grader. Hardest class I've ever had to take. Not recommended

She gives alot of home work but in math if you dont do it over and over you are not going to learn it. Quiz once a week and test 3 a semester. Very easy stuff if you follow along. She teaches almost at a high school level, seen her speak down to students on a few occasions, snippy like. Will throw you back to High school flashbacks in a min....

Dr. Sullivan was a decent TEACHER but a horrible test giver. She decided what grade I got, not by averaging my tests and project but by what SHE thought I should get. Apparently, I was "not ready" for 144... My grades told me I was... odd, and not fair!

Math professor that cannot count backwards or teach without notes! Cannot explain herself let alone help students understand what she's trying to say. Easy material but an incompetant professor. Has a tendency to teach the wrong material and test on the correct stuff. Don't take unless necessary!

Expectations are very high, which they should be if you are going to be in education. Cover's materials very quickly, but is very fair. She knows what she is doing.
