This professor is absolutely incredible. Stevenson takes time to invest in her students, making sure everyone is understanding. Her lectures are so clearly laid out and she makes sure that everyone has access to all the resources you could dream of having. The BEST professor I have had in Engineering.

Dr. Stevenson is completely extraordinary. She sincerely cares about her students and spends a lot of time on providing resources to help us learn. She can make extremely difficult material sink in like no other prof.

Good professor. She's good at breaking complicated things down to a grade-school, building blocks sort of level. She knows the topics inside out and backwards, so don't expect to be able to pull the wool over her eyes on tests. Tough, tough grader, but very fair if you put in the effort. Would take again.

Dr. Stevenson is fantastic. Every minute spent in her courses is time well used. There is no ambiguity in anything she presents; the labs are impeccable and the quizzes/lectures/assignments are very clear. She puts a tremendous amount of effort into her teaching (it shows), and expects you to do the same. Get ready to give up your free time.

Course was fairly challenging. MIdterms were a nightmare because the whole class didn't know what to expect due to the course not having any quizzes. I found finals hard but i think Dr Stevenson nudged me just over the passing grade. Good course for those interested in the field!

Good if you like slow-paced classes. Sometimes her methods are too slow. She once took 4 full-classes to do run through a single problem, which we would be expected to complete in an hour. But she is very willing to answer and entertain all questions...even the stupid ones. If you are a quick, advanced learner, she will frustrate you.
