Comment:

Dr. Muldoon is amazing. She's very nice & knowledgeable. The powerpoint slides were a bit disorganized, but she makes it clear what she wants you to know and what she will test you on. Make sure to write what she says & visit her at her office. I was reluctant to take this class at first because I took it as an elective but I'm very glad I did.

Terrible teaching style that relies completely on just reading off of her powerpoints. The class is unbelievably dull and is organized terribly. If you have her drop the course, I regret not dropping it. She's a really nice person but as a professor, she fails completely.

Comment:

The only complaint I have about Muldoon is the organization of her classes which seems to be nonexistent. There's no order to how she posts the slides on blackboard or helpful file names, so you have to hunt for the correct file she's using for lecture that day, and she does go very quickly through slides in class. Overall, she was pretty good.

Comment:

Muldoon makes a good ethics teacher which makes it easier to want to learn the material. Don't panic when she skips slides quickly. If anything, just write down what she says that isn't in the powerpoint. They're on blackboard anyway. You really don't need the textbooks or to do the readings either. When studying for exams, use her study guide!!

No textbook required! However the syllabus has a lot of articles that are needed to be read through Leddy online. Lectures are quite dry, and usually just her talking off a powerpoint. She flies through the powerpoints pretty quickly, but posts lectures on blackboard, so don't get flustered like I did when she'd change slides after 20sec.

Very kind professor. Open to opinions during lectures, that is if you're awake to give them. An EASY grade A if you attend class for attendance, and her assignments couldn't be easier. I was excited to learn about ethics... Semester later.. I know nothing. I was expecting this class to be much more informative and interesting.

I don't know where these rude comments are coming from below. She is one of my favorite profs. If you need any help and e-mail her, she responds promptly. If you see her during her office hours, she will sit there and explain everything to you until you understand it. She is student-oriented and truly cares about your success.

One of the rudest professors at the University and she teaches a very boring class. She's condescending and likes to patronize her students. She knows her stuff and isn't afraid to rebut your opinion. DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS!

Dr. Muldoon is a knowledgeable and very helpful prof. Great office hours and willingness to clarify. For a class with very boring material, she did her best to make the class go by. Highly recommended that you attend most if not all classes as it will ensure a great mark. If you do the work and study, the class is easy.

She is a really good professor, and focuses more on lecture notes, focus on hutchinson steps, and deontology, utilitarianism...and whatever she teaches in clas keep adding the lecture notes in the case, and start doing the paper as early as u can

This class was very interesting, but the prof was rude and liked to humiliate the students. She didn't answer questions and just ignored raised hands. She likes the students that attend class, but watch out if you try to show up for assignments and exams only. The course was interesting, but it's a shame that the prof was so boring.

This is the most boring-est class/ prof I have ever faced. Ignore those people below who gave her such a low feedback. Obviously they were so bored that they didn't go to class because she's so boring. Midterm and exam are the same except the story is harder. the project is easy but it takes lots of time and effort to get a good mark. BIRD COURSE!

This class is EASY. The stuff you learn is easy to understand BUT she just reads off powerpoints which sounds so boring that I basically spend most of my time on Facebook. You need to attend most classes to do well. The project "Portfolio" is easy but you need research A LOT to get an A+ like I did. Midterm & final are the same.

Was not a fan on the class. It was not exciting or interesting. All she did was read us powerpoints. She seems nice, but class was difficult for a first year course. Most people never showed up to class since it was exceptionally boring. Not highly recommended for students.

I calculated that she says "um" and "uh" around once every 4-6 seconds during each and every class. That was just the tip of the iceberg. VERY opinionated, completely skipped over important information because she didn't agree with it (such as Nihilism). Incredibly boring. I had to drop the course within 2 weeks. Never again.

Ms. Muldoon is a VERY nice lady, although her lectures may not be interesting, if you attend her office hours she will go great lengths to get to know who you are. Ethics in the Professions was an extremely EASY class because she summarizes all the textbook and even photocopies notes so you dont have to write anything.TAKE HER as elective
