I took this over the summer online. Mary was very responsive via email/chat considering she was traveling during most of the class. Quiz's were easy. Warning, the final was VERY hard and very different than the quiz's. 80 questions in 60 minutes so even though its open book, you'd better know the practice final and then some.

Her online class is relatively easy. There's a couple of quizzes that aren't difficult at all. She assigns HW that is due at the end of every week, there are also discussions that you need to participate on. Just make sure you don't miss any deadlines and participate a lot.

I tool the online class in the summer and easily got an A, she is an excellent teacher and very linear, quizzes per chapter open book, very easy and only two essays which were very fun to do. I love the subject psyc. now and am planning to take more classes in this subject. Very interesting subject, great teacher. Take the class!

Relatively easy online class. I read only the bold words in the text and constantly got 10/10 on the quizzes. The discussions are easy, just discuss actual topics/terms found in the book. Essays are easy, timed final is not.

This teacher was always late grading the assignment. We are on the 13th week of class and yet she has not graded discussion from the 4th week. How are we supposed to improve our work? Online quiz consists of tricky questions. Don't expect straight questions! She responds e-mail late (probably teaching while having a vacation in Peru or something)

Took the online class. She's not an overly hard teacher. Essays are very short, she demands they're LESS than 2 pages! You do have to do a lot of reading, but the quizzes are pretty easy. (At one point, I didn't even read the chapter and got a 10/10!) She doesn't respond to e-mails very quickly though.

She likes to put ambiguous questions in her quiz. It takes more than a week to get an answer when I send her an e-mail (this is an online class). She posts an example of "a good essay" which does not comply with APA standard (which is required by her).

She is not very clear with instructions. She doesn't answer her e-mails right away. I took her class and I had to protest a grade because she didn't record it. It took me 2 years to get the grade changed. She tried to blame the whole thing on me.

An online class, not recommended for the summer session as the entire textbook is covered. Untimed quizzes with a timed final. DVD study guides included with the text and a study guide web site (errors on the site), so lots of help there. Interesting class with an instructor who seems to care about student progress.

Took this class online. Very easy if you just follow the script. Papers are short. Tests are more common sense then memorization. She is quick to respond to email. So basically if you do the work you should have it pretty easy. I would recommend her!

I love Dr. Meiners! She's VERY chill. Super layed back and easy going about everything. She is one of my favorite professors when it comes to leniency. She pushes back due dates a lot. Assignments and quizzes are all online and the quizzes are untimed. Trust me, if you can get her TAKE HER CLASS.

Dr. Meiners posed excellent questions for on-line discussion. I was able to get an A by posting more than once a week on-line, sending in my essays on time (they are only a page long, not bad), and doing well on the quizzes, midterm, and final (you have enough time and you can use notes & your book!) If you have the hours to put in, you'll do well!

I took her Human Sexual Behavior class and she was fair as long as you study and participated in the class, i may not have got the best grade because i had to work so i did everything last minute but it was a fun class and you grow close to everyone in the class because what u talk about was a little reviling but fun.

I cannot please this woman!! I took her online class. Shes extra tough on grading essays. Online quizzes are easy though. A new post on the discussion board every week but its pretty simple stuff, just read and respond. She plays favorites, I know b/c I was one, til she read my first essay. :( I wish they had more teachers teaching pych online.

You are better off taking an online class. Her lectures are a waste of time she doesn't teach very well. Read the book and take the tests online, which doesn't leave alot of motivation to go to class. You have a paper to write and she does not grade easy!
