great guy, has a bit of a temper, but rarely lets it show. the subject matter is very hard if you aren't familiar with music theory, but he's always willing to give extra help.

Mr. Baer is one of the best teacher's I've had. He's incredibly smart but never flaunts it. Sit down and talk to him and you can learn a lot! He's a nice guy too.
