I like Prof. Bodek, he helped me when ever I needed help with anything. He also responds to his emails pretty quick, which I liked. We read two novels in the class, I found both of them interesting. I got an A.

Professor Bodek is really nice. He knows his stuff. If you focus on doing his work, you learn a lot while you think its just bunch of work. Do all the work and its an A. He's really nice and smart. He responds to you right away. He likes to help. Be respectful and he will be real good professor to you!!

Comment:

Michael was a solid professor, class was very simple. He posts work, you do it and pass. He seemed very forgiving and helpful when questions were asked. This was a 1 credit prerequisite, so work was not as much as a normal class. However based on this class I would only assume he is a great guy for other classes. Take his classes.

Prof.Bodek is a very nice teacher, always has a smile on his face, he is very clear in what he wants from students. The work is not that hard if you know how to work a computer...that is if you take the hybrid class like i did. You get only 4absences...

i have him for english basic skills as a hybrid course... he is a bit monotone and dry but he is helpful and as long as you get his assignments done on time and you are on time with attendance, you should be fine. I would reccomend this professor for ebs

If you are a "slacker" beware! Too much work for a full-time student to juggle. He is a fair person but all too often you will find yourself budgeting way too much time on his course alone and compromising your grade on the other subjects. If you take this course, be certain you have a light schedule! He loads you up with work!

Micheal Bodek was the first class I ever had at BCC. My introduction to BCC was through this class. He's very laid back, not to strict on attendence (only if your late like three hundred times then he'll talk to you), and he's fair with his policies in class. If you need a good remedial english teacher, i reccomend him.
