Do NOT take this professor. Took the 1 week ISCI 104 course thinking it would improve my GPA and of course it screwed me over even more. He makes the class really easy all week by giving you step by step instructions then gives you the most impossible final. Had an A on every single assignment everyday of class, but failed the final. He's the worst

Super nice guy and really knows the subject, GIS is his life. But, his lectures for the first 3/4 of the semester are super long and impossible to follow the entire time. He will help you out some on the assignments but is a super hard grader and gives zero partial credit. If you're not an absolute pro with computers don't take this class.

I took this course as a one-week class during Maymester and LOVED it! Bruce is such a nice guy and gets really excited teaching the material, making it much more interesting to learn. It's a very simple class so if you aren't scientifically inclined, SIGN UP FOR THIS!! One of the best profs I've had!

(One week Maymester class) He rocks! You do modules on the computer with step by step instruction, follow the directions and you get a good grade! Pretty easy, and the content was actually interesting! He is very willing to help, and he's so nice! TAKE THIS CLASS, "Mapping the Living World" It's the best way to get GSCI 104 done!

Such a helpful guy! Really works with you to help you understand material, especially if he see's you're trying. Fair grader. Two pretty big research projects in groups of 3, but they really help you get the material and help with final prep. Definitely recommend him, and the class!6668

[Maymester Mapping Course] 1 week long course using a geography type computer program. Incredibly easy. Incredibly helpful, gives literally step by step instructions. If you can't do well in this class consider transferring elsewhere immediately. Best way to get this one credit lab over with without a doubt.

Professor Wiggins is awesome! His humor is kind of dry, but he's such a cute man. His class is fairly easy, the final was mathematical-based/SPSS based, lab reports you kind of have to work at. I wish I had gone in his office hours and asked for his suggestions/advice on what to fix on lab reports. Overall, AWESOME TAKE HIME!!

Quirky lab professor, and probably the easiest 124L instructor in the department. Labs are always long and boring, but we frequently got out fairly early. We didn't have lab assignments due every single week. Wiggins grades fairly leniently on lab reports, and is availible for help.

Great lab professor. Funny too- which makes the 3 hours bariable. Not to hard, not to easy... just about right. Sweet personality and funny at the last class when he blows his toy train whistle(which he has done for the last 19 yrs or somethin). Easy to ask questions also. I would recommend him.

Dr. Wiggins is the man! Do research under him. I don't know what he's like as a teacher, but as a reseacher, he's easy to talk to and great for graduate school advice.
