i would not take a course from him again. if you are a guy, knock yourself out. as a girl, buyer beware. i found he often made inappropriate comments that undermined his teaching abilities, and there was a general consensus among my class that he was the kind of prof you really have to humour, aka. put up with his comments.

Manson was an unreal prof! His choice of material was interesting and fun to discuss. He made you feel comfortable to ask questions and he was always willing to help you. I would recommand taking him to anyone.
