The absolute best professor I have ever had. I have not met anyone at State that doesn't love Rapp. He is so funny and his lectures are always entertaining, but I genuinely learned a lot as well! I hope I get the chance to take an upper division course with him because he was the best.

Rapp is awesome! His stories are really funny and make attending lectures 100% worth it. He's always late to class so I always had time to get food in between classes. As long as you show up to do clicker questions and stay on top of the learn smarts, you should get an A.

Rapp is a sweetheart who really identifies with his students. His lectures are not boring in the least, however, you have to go to class because there are clicker points involved. The only thing that you have to do to get an A in this class is get 100/130 clicker points (10 points per class) and do the learnsmarts.

Rapp is a very good guy and offers a lot of wisdom. The class is just a lecture where your clicker gives you participation points. You can miss up to three classes w/out it changing your grade. You just sit and listen for participation but can be doing other things on your computer. Two tests and a little online homework.

Easiest class you will ever take (depending on your small section prof), but large lecture is honestly just a free show. All he does is tell stories, you really don't need to do anything but listen because what he talks about most likely won't help you at all on exams, but you should still go, participation matters somewhat so its easy points.

He doesn't really do much teaching communications, but he makes lectures fun to be at! Always tells interesting and funny stories. Uses clickers, but you can miss three lectures and still get full clicker points. Midterm and Final are easy if you understand homework. Pick a good small section instructor because they do all of the grading!

Easily the best and most useful course I've taken at SDSU. Rapp is extremely inspiring and always there for his students. Just be honest with him and always do your best and he will notice. I have learned more in this course about the real world than any other course at SDSU. Most valuable class at this University and I am a Senior.

The most inspirational guy ever. He makes you want your 50min lecture to be longer. Unfortunately he doesn't teach other classes, but if he did, 11/10 would take him again. Great professor who makes you actually care about communication.

Professor Rapp was such a good teacher! Taking this class with him was the best choice I've ever made! Not only does he make things super easy to understand but his lectures itself are so entertaining! He is so funny! 10/10 would recommend!

Rapp is probably the most caring professor you'll meet. He genuinely wants you to succeed, and respects his students. I personally don't think the large lecture comm class is necessary, but his lectures are interesting and hilarious. Just do the learnsmarts and clicker questions and you'll do well. He's a great guy who makes his class enjoyable.

Very good professor, also very funny. He usually runs out of time to go through his whole lecture, but this class is pretty much common sense. Make sure you do the homework and recharge them before the exams.

Rapp is one of the best professors I have had at SDSU so far. His large lecture is 50 minutes filled with questions, clicker points, and funny stories. He gives you three free absences in case you are sick or forget your iClicker. In Comm 103, there is a midterm, final, and 4 speeches. Daily homework is pretty minimal and online work is easy.
