Stack knows assembler, that is a fact, but he does not present it in a way that is easy for beginners. He teaches in depth about stuff that really wasn't neccesary. I went and printed off Amy Burns' notes and used those to guide me since the stuff he talked about made no sense. He HATES kids leaving in the middle of class, i got yelled at for it!

Std data struct course pgms--but done in assemb lang & take lot of time. He's great ab giving pseudocode and clever tips. Doesn't take off much for late pgms. Lectures have complex material, but stick to the book (Knuth Art of Pgming) so you can review on your own. Hard tests require memorization of all/any algorithms presented in lectures.
