Nice guy. Test are fair as long as you study.......questions are comparable to end of chapter review. Read chapters in advance & do practice problems prior to class. Jumps right into subject. I will take him again for Chem 106.

This guy is really hard to follow. He jumps around from topic to topic, and rearly makes any sense. I get the impression that he might not really know what he's talking about concidering some of what he says is contradictive of what it says in the book. I have know idea how he became a teacher. On the other hand, he's a nice guy.

Everything everyone said below is correct. I have had excellent Chemistry teachers up util 106.(Ott and Radokavich), I have found myself correcting him!: good guy,nice person,horrible teacher! Its hard to get mad at him because he is so "nice" but you def. have to teach yourself everything, be prepared for a rocky ride!

Terrible teacher, very disorganized, makes simple math errors, drops units on problems, wastes too much time on unimportant matters instead of what we have to know. Anything on tests is straight out of the text, so we all end up teaching ourselves. We're currently 2 chapters behind with 3 weeks to go. Take Radakovich if you can.

he is the WORST teacher ever. avoid him at all costs. his lectures consist of him READING the sample problems from the book (yes, the EXACT same sample problems) and doing them on the board. he has no sense of the applicability of chemistry to real life. he also makes stupid basic math errors.
