If you find yourself taking this class, take your car drive to your closest cliff or high point in town and throw yourself off. Easily the worst class you could take, great lady, awful teacher. You learn nothing at all. Plain and simple.

Very good professor, but the tests are very long. You need to know eveything very well, because there is only enought time to answer the question, no time to think about it. Make sure to do homework problems, it will pay off on the test.

she's a good professor. tests are way too long. if you study your notes and do the problems assigned, then you will do ok on the exam. if you have a "b" or better before the final exam, you can opt not to take the cumulative final. there are 3 regular exams during the semester. there are also 3 excel projects too but they aren't hard.

If you can avoid her..DO. She is not a good teacher. She says one thing and does another. Her exams are WAY to long for a regular class time. The exams are nothing like what she teaches.

Most people don't like her b/c her test questions look nothing like the homework problem in the book. However, this is reflective of the real world. She has excellent humor!! She spoon feeds the information to you, therefore read the book and read her notes(which are a condensed, clearer version of the book), also do the homework problems assigned(do these several times until you're comfortable) the tests are clear and straight forward A is definately achievable!!! Going to class is key...

This woman is a menace. she is unclear and disorganized. she does not teach you anything about cost in class so be prepared to teach yourself. The tests are super hard and long. She should go work in a think tank and leave students alone because she has no real interest in teaching. This was the worst experience I have ever had at this school.

Way too slow returning papers. The class focused a little too much on communications. However, she is an outstanding professor. She bit off a little more than she could chew by teaching too many sections. Quite a challenge, but an A is possible.

You know smart people can't teach!! She's too busy focusing on people's negatives (especially when it comes to grading, she expects you to be very negative when grading a classmate, in order to get a good grade, you have to find everything wrong with the other person). She should call it Accounting Communications instead.

The previous 3 reviews were head on. However, she is very willing to work with you because of all the short comings. She would listen to disputes about grading and even excepts late assignments. If you study what she tells you to study, when she tells you to study it, you should do fine in her class.

It's the day of our final exam, and she STILL doesn't have 2 of our grades. She is nice overrall, but a horrible teacher! She made us do presentations, and write paragraphs...uhh this is an ACCOUNTING class! Literally the worst teacher I have ever had.

Though she has good intentions, she spends too much time on things other than Cost Accounting. Learning communications skills should be saved for a communications class - not to mention that these assignments overload the professor and no one ever gets their grades back. Up until the last week of class we only had 3 exam grades and 3 of 8 others.

she is not a very good grader, her assistant grades and then she reviews, the assistant doesn't grade well, she has not returned grades and it is one day before the final exam, she gives long hard tests, she doesn't teach, she goes over on hw prob per chapter, she tries to be well-rounded but fails to focus on what she is suppose to teach, nice

So it is the day before the final exam, and she still has not graded 3 of our assignments from 2 months ago. WORST TEACHER I HAVE EVER HAD. VERY UNORGANIZED. Tests are SUPER hard and long. SO CONFUSING!! Doesn't even teach! IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE, DON'T TAKE HER!!!!!!!!!!

There is no doubt that she is a very intellectual woman, but her teacher style is very difficult. She will go spend the whole class time to go over 1 homework problem and expects you to learn the rest on your own time. Learning from the book is a must, or refer to the principals accounting II book.

Nice lady, but super hard tests. doesn't even teach anything yet expects you to learn it on your own. She taught 1 day between 2 tests. A LOT OF WORK, half of its not even related to the test material. Good luck teaching yourself.
