I had Midori for statistics and though I was hesitant on the first day of class, I learnt to adapt to her teaching style. She uses easy-to-follow fill in the blank notes and requires you to show up for class in order to follow along. She explains every step...I got an A+ in stats by showing up to class, going over her notes, and practicing (LOTS!)

She is one of the best professors at Humber. She is easy to contact and gladly provides her students with extra help. As long as you show up to all of the classes that you have with her you are guaranteed to excel in any course that she teaches. She makes calculus easy to understand.

A lot of people struggle to understand her Japanese accent but she really took her time to explain things. If you have her for stats in nursing you'll be beyond fine. just do your assignments and it's an easy A. I was sceptical because math is not my best subject but she really simplifies it and makes it easy to understand.

Excellent Calculus Professor, willing to teach ways that make the Math understandable rather than just what the textbook says. Super approachable and helpful and willing to give the mark deserved, without getting hung up on stupid things like, rounding to three significant digits, etc. If I had more Math courses she would definitely be a top pick!
